720 series high temperature insulation board
The core components of the 720 series insulation board are long glass fiber and high temperature resistant epoxy resin (such as S-720 or TGDDM), supplemented with modifiers, flame retardants, antioxidants and other additives, and are made through molding or lamination processes. This combination ensures the material's excellent thermal insulation performance, mechanical strength and chemical corrosion resistance in the range of room temperature to 220°C, and is suitable for high temperature resistant structural parts in the fields of aerospace, chemical industry, construction, etc.

725 series high temperature insulation board
With high-silica glass fiber mat + modified phenolic/polyimide resin as the core, it is composited by vacuum hot pressing. It is asbestos-free, halogen-free and flame-retardant, complies with RoHS/REACH environmental protection standards, and is suitable for 250℃ high-temperature industrial insulation scenarios.
730 series high temperature insulation board
Glass fiber reinforcement + modified resin composite, high temperature stability/environmental safety/multi-field adaptation.
735 series high temperature insulation board
It is made of high-strength glass fiber cloth and modified high-temperature resistant resin laminated composite, combined with electronic-grade environmentally friendly formula system, does not contain halogen, heavy metals and other harmful ingredients, and is cured and formed through a special process, combining high-temperature stability and environmental safety.
TYRLC501 Polyimide Laminate
The components of the TYRLC501 insulation board mainly include polyimide resin and glass cloth. Polyimide resin is used as the matrix material, combined with glass cloth through compression molding, giving the product excellent high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical resistance, high specific strength and high specific modulus.
TYRPI502 Polyimide rods/sheets
With high-performance polyimide resin (including powder and liquid) as the matrix, it is endowed with excellent performance of high temperature resistance (350-380℃ for a long time/400℃ for a short time) and low temperature resistance (-240℃ for normal use), and does not melt or soften at high temperature. Adding carbon fiber or glass fiber improves wear resistance (PV value is 10 times that of ordinary plastic under non-lubricated conditions) and mechanical strength, and may contain solid lubricants such as molybdenum disulfide/graphite/polytetrafluoroethylene to optimize friction performance.
